Land Surface Processes and Global Change Research Group
The Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research (IGSNRR), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), is seeking an assistant professor and two post-doctoral researchers.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in hydrology, meteorology, physical geography or closely related fields. Experiences in one or more of the following areas are desired: distributed hydrological model, land surface model, and remote sensing hydrology. They are expected to enrich the institute’s profile both locally and globally as a center of excellence in research.
Competitive package of the assistant professor is commensurate with qualifications and experience and based on current IGSNRR guidelines. A competitive package (including salary) commensurate with experience will be offered to the two post-doctoral scholars. Please be noted that the salary of post-doctoral scholars could be higher than the assistant professor.
